What we collect

Your email address, if you join the newsletter or request the free checklist.
Your name and message, if you write to us or submit the feedback form. Those fields are optional.
Basic usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type — if website analytics are enabled. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax documents or identity documents. Never send those by email. If you become a client, any documents needed are handled separately and securely.

Why we collect it

To send the education you asked for, to reply when you write to us, and to understand which pages people find useful. Nothing else.

Who else can see it

We use ordinary service providers to run the business — an email platform to send the newsletter, a payment and delivery platform for any products you buy, and website analytics. Each of these sees only what it needs to do that job, and each is bound by its own privacy terms.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Cookies

The website itself uses only what it needs to remember your language choice. If analytics are enabled, that provider may set its own cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Your choices

Unsubscribe — every email has a link at the bottom. One click, no questions.
Ask what we hold — email us and we will tell you.
Ask us to delete it — email us and we will, promptly.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be mentioned in the newsletter.
