What this website is
Evolite Partners publishes general financial and business education, and coordinates the licensed professionals who handle regulated work. The purpose is to help you understand and organise your own money and business so that you can make informed decisions and work effectively with those professionals.
What it is not
Nothing on this website, in the newsletter, in any downloadable guide, or in any course is:
- individualised financial, investment or accounting advice;
- tax advice or tax preparation;
- legal advice or representation;
- immigration advice;
- insurance advice or the sale of any insurance product.
Reading this site does not create a professional, fiduciary or attorney-client relationship of any kind.
Licensed work
Where a matter requires a licensed professional — a CPA or enrolled agent for filings, an attorney for legal matters, a licensed agent for insurance, a licensed lender for credit — Evolite Partners will say so plainly and can connect you with an independent, licensed professional. Those professionals are responsible for their own advice and their own engagement terms with you. Evolite Partners does not perform regulated work.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything that matters with a qualified professional before you act on it. Rules, thresholds and deadlines change, and they differ by state and by situation. What is written here is general and may not fit your circumstances.
No guarantee of results
We make no promise about any financial outcome. Education and organisation improve the quality of decisions; they do not guarantee income, savings, approval for credit, or any particular result.
Products and payment
Free material is free. Paid courses and tools are sold through our storefront, and the refund and delivery terms shown at the point of purchase apply. Private guidance is offered by invitation and is governed by a separate written agreement.
Your use of the material
The content, structure, six-piece framework, graphics and wording on this site belong to Evolite Partners. You are welcome to use what you learn in your own life and business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the material as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website or professional, we do so in good faith. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
